Have you heard or seen the Indeed ads where they advertise how easy recruiting can be if you use their services? But, then when you sign up its not easy (or cheap) at all! Who knew that recruiting could be a full time job. You are already a small business owner worrying about so many things and you just need to hire one, two, or three people. You don't want to pay for advertising and you certainly don't have time to reach out to the candidates, interview, background check, and hire. Well, I do! I am here to help those small businesses; book shops, local libraries, coffee shops, art stores, etc., in hiring what you need. I can do all of it.

Who Inspired This?

I am a full time recruiter for Misfits Market! I hire for their warehouse roles, delivery drivers, and occasionally for their exempt roles. I am proud to be with them. I fill their roles in 10 days or less and have loved my experience meeting so many people. It is a start up environment that I have grown with and want to help other small businesses grow as well!

What’s the catch?

There is no catch! I am here to help YOU grow your business. I don't want you to spend all your time and money trying to hire a few folks. Folks who really want a job and are excited to join your venture. You and I work together. I want to represent your business and get folks excited about joining. I want to make sure that everything works out! If I can find the best fit for you and save you money that's all I wish!

Are you a hiring agency?

No, I am a recruiter. I don’t have people sitting on stand by or any temp workers. I actively work to create your job descriptions, post them on hiring sites, interview, and get your roles

Why?

Here are my reasons:

  2. There are a lot of people out there looking for jobs and too many people fall through the cracks.

  3. My family is everything. I want to earn a little extra money so my daughter has all she needs.
