How does it work?
I am so excited that you are interested in getting the recruiting support you need! I am going to outline everything below. I am a very transparent person!
STEPS
Step 1: Let's meet. We can do virtual, phone call, or texting. Whatever works best for you! We will discuss your business needs, budget, and my plan to best support you. Completely free!
Step 2: You like it and I can handle it; let's work together. My hourly rate is the same as what you pay your staff. Yep, that's it. Again, this isn't my full time job I just want to help get people hired. Teach me about your company so that I can present you to candidates accurately. We will discuss the roles and I will create your job descriptions (if you don't have one already)
Step 3: I will do all the work. Sit back and run your business while I work to post your job needs on Indeed, find candidates, interview, and then send them your way. My only expectation is that I have clear feedback on rejections and timely response on candidates who interviewed with you. I only charge hourly for my efforts and will discuss any other spending needs to boost your job listing!
Step 4: So I found you someone! Great.. this is where the catch comes in right? I want commission? Nope! I am so happy I found you someone. Do you need help hiring them into your business system? Do you want to do a background check? Do you need help submitting W2s or 1099s? I can help, for again only an hourly rate and cost of a background check submission.
Step 5: That's it! I filled your roles. You may not need my services again for months, years, or ever again. That is totally okay.
